Mark D. Kaplan, D.O. serves as the Medical Director of St. Croix Regional Family Health Cente. He has provided services at the health center since 2006, specializing in urgent and primary health care. He is certified by the American Osteopathic Board in internal medicine and board eligible in emergency and pulmonary medicine.

Dr. Kaplan received a Bachelors of Science degree from Boston University, a doctorate in osteopathic medicine from Kansas City College of Health Sciences, did an internship and residency at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington, Michigan, and a pulmonary fellowship at Queens Medical Center in New York. He has specialized in critical care and emergency medicine since 1988.
