Heidi Hart, M.Ed., L.C.P.C. has worked for Terry Reilly since 1993. Heidi began her career with Terry Reilly as a therapist providing specialized out-patient counseling and treatment services to child and adult victims of sexual abuse, as well as treatment for adult sexual offenders. Heidi transitioned into leadership in 2001, serving as the Behavioral Health Director until 2012. At that time, Heidi advanced into her surrent position as CEO for Terry Reilly. Heidi currently serves as the Chairperson for the Idaho Primary Care Association as well as the Nowrthwest Regional Primary Care association.

Brian Baldwin, M.B.A. joined Terry Reilly in 2014 as the Chief Financial Officer after spending eight years in a leadership role with the Department of Health and Welfare managing statewide budgets, automated systems, federal grant and audit compliance, and operations. In his role, Brian led financial reform projects, implemented IT innovations, and improved data-driven activities for the state. Prior to that, Brian worked in the private sector where he gained management experience and learned the importance of customer service. Brian earned his undergraduate degree in Business Economics from Boise State University and his M.B.A from Northwest Nazarene Univerity. In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, snowshoeing, and spending time on the lake.

Tami Fife, M.H.S. joined Terry Reilly in 2014 as the Development and Outreach Director. Before joining Terry Reilly, Tami spent over 20 years at Hewlett Packard in Marketing and Business Development with an emphasis in the healthcare industry. Tami has been active in the community by previously volunteering her time on the Marketing and Foundations committee at Terry Reilly as well as working with BSU Centers for the Study of Aging as a lead researcher on Idaho's Living Well project studying Chronic Disease Self-Management and the 2012 Idaho Commission on Aging state needs assessment. Tami's strengths are in marketing and communications within the healthcare industry, as well as grant writing, program evaluation, and research. Tami has a Master's of Health Science from Boise State University with an emphasis in health promotion. Tami enjoys time in the mountains; skiing, hiking, and biking with her family.
