We provide services to our patients in their communities and in their preferred language.
We make a short-term impact by helping our patients avoid episodic emergency room treatment, and a long-term impact by providing a health home that is centered and coordinated for our patients, protecting and preserving their health for the future. Family HealthCare Network’s phenomenal growth and success are a testament to the importance of our mission: quality care for all.
Family HealthCare Network is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). We offer services without regard to religion, race, color, national origin, disability, age, sex, and number of pregnancies, and do not impose a duration residence requirement, nor do we require that the client be referred by a physician.
